| Now it's time to get used to have daily walks in the town also in darkness. It's time to remember to have reflectors on again - both on us with two feet but also on those with four. |

| The most eager ones have already started their scooters and been happily driving around. For me this amount of snow isn't yet anything impressive, I prefer wait little bit more and enjoy then driving without getting worried about cooling problems or hitting stones. |

| It's already getting light in the early morning, but the moon is still going around on it's orbit. I'm not any early bird, but when it's that beautiful morning, it's actually pretty nice to have a little walk with the dog. |
Darkness can be nice especially if you’re into astronomy, such a place must provide an amazing starry nights :) When will the sun set for the rest of the year? ReplyDeleteHaving a tour with dogs in the darkness with northern lights dancing above or having one of those meteor showers, is pretty amazing. Or just think about tours with light of the full moon! The polar night is actually pretty nice time here. And I think four month in darkness isn't that bad after six month with day-around light :)
DeleteThe sun will set today 26th of October for last time and it will rise next time at 16th of February. There isn't any more difference between day and night after 14th of November and next time we can se official twilight is 29th of January.
